How do i get my Duelist ID back?

where is my id for yugioh

I cannot seem to get back into my account back although I did not UNINSTALL or DELETE my account. It just shows at the menu to select a language. What should I do?

It really is bullshit I spent over 100 bucks on the game and phone broke so got new phone and downloaded it and lost everything such bullshit

So mad I had to reformat the phone it's self and I lost everything my fav game ruined because of this had to much to want to lose so I am done with this game thanks konami for showing your care for the ones who support

Im back checked on that other game. Good news didn't loose duel generations still sad about. Still sad about not playing duel links anymore was liking the smaller format.

This was my favorite game. I never spent any money but had most of what I wanted. Been playing for a long time. Lost everything from this issue. Way too much to do again. My biggest issue with Yu-Gi-Oh games is getting my collection over and over again. But storing real cards makes it hard to find people to play. But real cards seems to be the only way of having a forever collection . I just want all of them in my pocket all of the time. Wish I could just show them my real cards and just be given those. Minus the ones that don't exist in game of course. But I'm not collecting the same shit over and over forever. Wonder if the other Yu-Gi-Oh game I had is gone too. I spent money in that one. I hope so.

They are garbage. They could not recover my account and didn’t really give me a reason why.

I believe that means not to delete the account you submitted the account recovery from. When I submitted mine it requested the new current one and the one I want to get back.
