How to unlock joey?

Im currently on mission 6 and i cant pass it untill i duel with joey but hes not unlocked and his unlock mission isnt there how can i unlock him?

I have the same problem too~ I did report to konami support 2 times. Hope they able to solve it.

its a bug and there is no solution yet, give the game a bad rating and complain at Konami Support for a fast answer

I have the same problem and i already spent money on it so what am i supposed to do? I already sent a message to Konami. Lets see.

So is there nothing that we can do about it besides re installing our game because that is not an option, i have multible UR cards including blue eyes ultimate dragon. Even though i havnt spent a cent on the game others definetly have. This is rediculous theres gotta be a way to work around this.

He should be unlocked at mission 3, but its a bug and i have the same problem and cant do anything about it :(
