Cannot play with my home wifi

I'm from Malaysia and I love your game. However everytime i try playing this game with my home wifi it just don't connect. I can only play with my phone's mobile data.

Please help me with this issue, I want to play PVP without constantly getting disconnected in the middle of the game.

I'm having the same problem; have placed several vpn on my phone and none of them helped; disconnects all the same
