I guess rebirth just stays face up in the field while 10kabito remains in the grave, right?

Effects are not active when monster is in GY (excpet when said otherwise). Basically Powerful Rebirth brings Tenka to the field, but he doesn't get the 100 atk buff (because he is already on the field, hence with its effect valid)
