Will I ever be able to get 2 more Sirenorcas?

I couldn't draw it from the wind and earth tower dimension. I kept getting played and time ran out as I tried doing the levels 31 and up.

well apparently that card is a reward from the weekly pack opening thing, but i wouldn't count on getting it...good luck tho
