It's when she just have Set monsters that's the issue. Personally if I want to farm her with Ra, I'd add Big Bang Shot into the deck, for piercing and additional 400 ATK.
Not that impressed with this card. All the best Blackwing Synchros are level 7 so you really need a level 3 tuner instead combined with one of the level 4 none tuner monsters(that can be special summoned)

That bit ruins this card. Seriously, it's like Konami doesn't know its own archetype. Ice Barrier relies on getting high level monsters out quickly.....
Thanks for the Subterror deck. I've been wanting to play a 'new' farm deck since I've used the exact same ones for the past however many events. Gets kind of stale.
Probably. The thing is, unless we know what else are on the field and everything that happened prior to you trying to use WLC, it's kinda hard to pinpoint what's the issue.
No. Shiranui's bring Purgatrio on field way easier than Elementsabers; pretty sure you don't watch the Duel Links tournaments. Shiranuis have been destroying the sabers during the last 3 competitions.
