No. Shiranui's bring Purgatrio on field way easier than Elementsabers; pretty sure you don't watch the Duel Links tournaments. Shiranuis have been destroying the sabers during the last 3 competitions.

All Morphtronics are like that, their names always ends with "on" or "en". Radion, Lantron, Videon, Boomboxen, Boarden, Slingen....

While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect

It's not about the summon, it's the level itself that is the problem.
Level 5 means the non-Tuner will have to be low level if you want to sync with it, and it's rare to see a good low level non-Tuner for a synchro deck. Usually it's the Tuner that's low level.
