The rating should really be higher, at least 8, because the effect is not really situational since everyone uses facedown spells/traps in this game format.
Man you guys must be in silver saying electro isn't good. If you start out with electro and protection, you're already in a good spot for the duel. Electro can force a floodgate/econ/mw early activation.They're face downs for a reason dumbass, do you think I want to activate my econ before battle phase or mw before damage step?
The reason it's not being used is because it doesn't 'fit' into most decks right now. The only real tier 1/2 deck this fits in is dinos, control and AG. Ninjas, REZD, CA, GB all rely on specific cards you dumbass.
