Character Skill for Toon deck?

Heyyo, so what Skill would you use for my Toon deck?

I tried Restart first but if you get use it and draw only shit on the 2nd Hand then you cant draw and you are kinda lost already.

(Will change Cyber Dragon to The Black Stone of Legend whenever I get it)
