Okay, just say I controls 2 monster, Yubel Terror Incarnate and another random monster. My opponent had Stardust Dragon, I'm using Enemy Controller on my another monster and take control Stardust.

At the end phase, How it'll be resolve in order?

At the beginning of the end phrase, you will be able to activate enemy controller before Terror Incarnate's effect activates. Then you can tribute your random monster to take control of Stardust, then choose not to use Stardust's effect.

If you chain enemy controller after Terror Incarnate or Stardust's effects are activated. Terror Incarnate will be negated and destroyed.
