Is there any rule in Yugioh that restricts the number of turns you skip without making any move?
I'm sure I had enough time, me Ane my opponent had Mask of the Accursed, and I was Just waiting a monster to make a tribute and move on for victory.

No, there isnt a card that progresses or restricts the number of turns that pass without end phases concluding.

Why should there be any rules for that lol. Stall and burn is completely legal in this game. But yeah you should be ashamed of yourself if you lose to THAT lol. Git gud bruh.

Completely legal, and should also work fine in Duel Links, as I decked someone out who had over 10 cards left by using Gravity Axe Grarl + Windstorm of Etaqua to stall all those turns (funniest Duel Links moment ever).

No, drawing during Draw Phase and passing over to Opponent's turn is legal. Somewhat related, in tournaments, it is considered illegal to attempt to force a tie, with cards like Last Turn or Self-Destruct Button. However, these cards don't exist [yet] in Duel Links, so there are no worries.
