how can i get harrpies hunting ground card ?!, i was trying to get and farming lvl 40 for 2 weeks and its nothing !!

It's just random, and so luck is required. If you're able to somehow get Draw Sense: Low Level for Mai, you can have her use the High Score Cerberus Deck to farm Legendary Duelists, like Yugi, or others who are easily farmed with said deck.
