This happens everytime i try to change my character and my coins,gems had been reset

I just restarted my phone, no data as lost.

Yo I found the solution for it mate. Click on your character and select the deck editor next to the "change series" button. Then, find a GX character and go to their deck. Click on "Set character" and go back to Home. You should be all good and ready to switch worlds again :)

I have this problem, too. I ask the support but nothing.

you might want to ask the support team about it. I've played for a few months already and i don't think i've ever gotten that error.
