Is there something special I have to do to obtain enemy controllers

I have been farming lv30 kaiba for almost 3 days and I haven't got a single enemy controller yet and I need one to complete my thunder dragon deck

if you complete the first sheet for mission bingo you will get an enemy controller card

Yep, duel links' RNG is kinda bullish**! Konami can address balancing issues, but they can't even make farming bearable?!?!?! WHAT THE F**K IS WRONG WITH THEM?!?!?! Balancing means nothing if people can't even get the cards.

I have dueled Kaiba lvl 40 at least 50 times and I still don't have any. Its bs how he also has multiple lvl 4 1900 ATK card and a seemingly unlimited Enemy Controllers himself...

I have played this game for six months and farm Kaiba with a 6000 score and have yet to get any of his super rare cards. He hates me lol
