Which pack I go?

First, sorry for my english.
I want to do "Garlandolf king of destruction deck", already dropped him, and Senju. My doubt is:

- I bought around 100 packs of Ultimate Rising, and I didnt get Sonic Bird, but just 4 or 5 SR or UR cards left there.
- I bought 30 packs of Neo-Impact, dropped Senju, Garlandolf and Paladin.

Do I go for Ultimate until Sonic Bird, or It's better go for Neo-Impact, because there're many cards there that can help me (I dont have a good deck)

Ultimate Rising has a lot of amazing cards in it and it's going to be removed from the store on March 1st. Like so many cards are staples in it like Wonder Balloons, Twister, and etc.

Go for the ultimate rising since it's about to leave and sonic bird is really good for ritual decks

I would go for Sonic bird since its kinda a necessary search card for most the ritual decks.
