Magical Reflect Slime

Facing an issue with a card effect not activating:

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
● Your opponent takes all Battle Damage that you would have taken from a battle involving this card.

Any ideas guys?

I see that the answer already has been given. It'll need some time to setup, but because it is considered a normal monster in the field/grave, you can take adventage of cards which targets normal monsters, on the field or in the grave (those are generally real powerfull together). I found gemini monsters to be real fun and powerful, but they do need some time to setup and supportive cards to help setting up.

There's a special rule with Gemini card, you have to "Summon" them a second time for the effect to work.

Say you summoned him on round 1, at round 2 instead of summoning other card you can opt for clicking him and "summon" him again.

Pro: it will activate the effect
Con: it uses up your normal summon.
