Ishizu Ishtar Unlock/trigger

I've been using spirit Asura Priest to get a majority of my light monster summons. I was wondering why I haven't unlocked her yet after more than 200 light monster summons and if anyone new what the exact requirements for triggering her appearance yet (whether or not certain things count toward the summon count, etc)

Asura Priest is a spirit monster right? Maybe summoning the same card multiple times in a single duel only counts as 1 time.

And maybe, from the unlocking Ishizu page..

1. It does not count Set, Flip Summon, and Special Summon (unconfirmed).

2. Summoning a Light-Attribute monster in PVP Duels including, Ranked Duels, Casual Duels, and Friend Duels, is counted (unconfirmed).
