If an Ancient Gear monster (ie Ancient Gear Soldier) attacks and destroys a gemini monster equipped with Supervise, is Supervise sent to the graveyard during or after the damage step?

It activates after being destroyed, so in the graveyard, which means it is not stopped by ancient gear effects that negate activation, this is actually a trigger effect.
