Reverse trap is situational to those who use atk boosting cards. So the easy answer is don't use atk boost cards or use counters (trap jammer is best for that since it has no cost and is usable during combat).

I usually overwhelm the opponent with 1600 or 1700 monster and use cards like Reinforcement or equip cards to make my monsters stronger than their.
I don't find much trouble with them so far

You need to be running anti-trap cards such as Trap Jammer and Malfunction. Remember Jammer requires a trap activiated during the battle phase and malufuction negates the effect at the cost of 500 LP (life points), but it is returned to its original postion. AKA can be used again, but not in the same chain. Now if you want what I'd deem a broken monster its out of New Pack Flame of the Tyrant, Sergeant Electro. He is a Super Rare 1600Atk and 1300 Def effect monster that allows you once per turn to target 1 face down spell or trap card on your opponents field. While Sergeant is on the field, your opponent cant activate them. AKA keep him alive and any spell or trap cards they set are locked! I'm currently running one in my Anti-Meta deck that helped me reach rank King of Games for the first time. Later Player!

The method I found work is overwhelm them with a bunch of monster, but I will lose a lot of HP and not safe

yeah its the only deck that i have difficulty in winning. one solution i can see is using the Overwhelm but you need to summon a Level 7 monster for that. This is useful for the trap cards. So better have a level 7 deck with level 4 that can be treated as 2 tributes.
