Whats the best deal buying packs ?

I always buy packs from the same box (ultimate rising), is that optimal? Or should I also start buying packs from other boxes?

You should keep buying Ultimate Rising until you have most of the good cards(kuriboh,twister,reinforcement,etc.). After that I would recommend neo-impact(1600-1700 Atk monsters, black pendant, mirror wall, jerry beans man, etc.)
