How i solve this? I can't duel with my friend. Everytime when turn 1 start 'waiting response' dialog pop up and after that i won and the match failed, we have did it 4 times and still like that.

it's usually a connection problem, either you or your friend might have a poor connection. I was able to duel just fine lately. Occasionally it does happen, possibly server lag maybe.
