I'm in the same situation. Level 28 and lost everything when I tried to set up a new device. Supplied Konami with my lost Duelist I'd number and necessary screen shots. Still waiting for a response after nearly a week.

Personal opinion: It should connect with your google play account, so you can get everything back afterwards instead of a Konami account.
