In order to proceed, please provide us with a screenshot of one of the following:
* The screenshot must contain the purchase date/time, name of the product, order number, document number and price.
* If you have multiple receipt mails, please provide as many as you can.
1. The receipt mail that was sent when you purchased an item.
2. The purchase record from iTunes on PC
3. The purchase record from your phone (The date of the purchase needs to be less than 90 days ago)
You can access it by going to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Please login with the Apple ID you used to purchase the item and tap the "Receipt" tab to check your purchase information.

You don't they suck.
My account hasn't been played in over a year 434 days to be exact. I got the 7 transatctions from my bank when I spent $200 but because its been so long were not detailed.
They wrote me back after I told them I have not played in over a year and asked me to go into iTunes and get the transaction but has to be in last 90 days....I just told them 1 email earlier it has not been played in over a year.
They are not too bright I know I will never see this account again.

I got the same problem ... and a question ... do they need the email form the google account who was connected to the app or a contact email ?

Just had the same problem, gave them my duelist id last duel and character played with any and all information I could but still nothing. Had the game 2 years

Hey same happened to me! I couldn't install the new update so I deleted it in order to do so but I lost my account :( I also thought my Google Play Games account was enough but guess it wasn't. I did contact Konami about 2 days ago and got no answer, does it take so long for them to answer or won't they answer at all if they're not able to get you your account back?

Ok when I was updating my game it was messing up everytime I summoned a monster so I had to delete it and update my phone so I did that it worked again and then sense I thought i connected to my play store but when I came back i lost everything so I went to data recovery on my old account and try get it back but all I found was a white blank screen so pls help
