How can I get my account back (Lost data)??

I recently broke my phone, so I got a new one , and when I installed the game, I had to start game over again...My Google Play Games account was connected and I though that I'll get my account back where I stopped,but no!
I searched myself in the game ,and I found my old account with my ID and I still don't know how to get it back..Data transfer says I have to have a Konami account blah blah but I didn't make it before my phone broke and that's the problem. Is there ANYTHING I can do to get my old account back?? I was level 24 by the way, so it's not small loss for me...

you think thats bad, after a year of playing i got to stage 53, leveled up most of the characters to max levels, lost it all, so started again, and same thing happened twice in a month, altho at least the 2nd time i didn't lose so much, but its still painful, i'm not playing the game anymore tho, i put a lot of money into it, to lose it all and got no response to any contacts i tried, just goes to show the makers of the game don't care about the player base, its why games like this are never going to corner the market, best to find a new game
