to expand upon my comment (See the comment that references Subterrors and Red-eyes) We currently need Zexal for Xyz monster due to the fact that Red-eyes is too consistent, Neos is also too consistent, and Subterrors are just annoying.

we need it to farm more gems, because the game is starving too fast for resources for F2P, unless they give us some dream tickets more often.

They should add in the future and they definetely will, but we don't need them this year, they should introduce new gx and 5d characters and raise the level cap to 45 before they introduce a new world. Hopefully at least 1 year from now.
