Why I can't play with my friend? Only this friend?!?!

Hello I play duel links for a few months. My friend "nassimus" also plays but when I added I had to blocker by my guard. Since then I have been looking for a way to solve the situation. It appears in my list of friends but not in friends of the duel between friends I still can not play against him while with the rest of the world I can! I do not want to recreate an account and it either! Please help

Sorry I have lot of difficulties to speak English. I made a mistake that's what I mind when I say "BLOCKER BY MY GAURD". I had to click on Block when searching for my friends instead of sending the friend invitation
