Why are you taking Ultimate rising.

Some people haven't had enough time to get The Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon yet. And we can get enough gems to get it. I personally really really want to get it to complete my set. I joined not to long ago and have not had any chance to get it. I'v been buying card packs like crazy but I can't get it

Hopefully they'll put a lot of the "big deals" in the F2P arena. Like drops or something, I kinda doubt it though.

I haven't got most of the "good stuff" out of ultimate rising either, as I'm fairly new myself.

It wouldn't surprise if they'll monetise some cards from this box in a separate pack.

The only way to obtain cards included in the pack is to wait for it. I do understand how frustrating it is. I suggest Creating a deck revolving around the new packs.

I got Kuriboh when there were 7 packs left. (i.e. I bought 193 ultimiate rising packs). If that helps.

You can't do it all at once, you have to spread it out. I'm lucky I wanted to complete the pack for my OCD because if I waited until the announcement they were going to discontinue it I probably wouldn't have had enough time. I would buy as much as you can, and finish up all your gems. Reset the pack after getting Sphere Kuriboh :) Do whatever you can to make it work you only got 2 days until the pack disappears.
