For some reason i cannot use my Mai, Ishtar and Odion, though i remember unlocking them. They are on the list but are unaccessable

Try to close and re-open the app. Or try to back up your files and re-install the game.Just be sure that you unlocked them check out the Stage Mission Page if they're still in there.

They could be in duel world together with the standard duelists.

You need to complete the unlock missions,either that or your game is bugged.
