I think REBD can be found in Joey starter deck and Rex starter deck. Which means, we can get 2 copy just like that. For the mission, You can use few cards, for example The Shallow Grave. (Tribute using REBD and activate The shallow Grave and special summon it back). Other alternative is using Ascending Soul which has ability to return one monster use as material for ritual summon to hand (Set Ascending Soul in the field. Ritual summon monster using REBD, then activate it effect so that REBD will return to your hand back)
