question about Riryoku Field

Im not sure this is a bug. it occurs in lvl 40 Kaiba. when i summoner Angel 07 to attack Kaiba's monster, Kaiba used Enemy Controller to change my Angel 07 position(def). however, I had a Riryoku Field covered. it did not activated. its a bug or i misunderstand something

Yeah the same thing happened to me I can figure out how to use it at all even using my own normal spell cards didn’t work

The card worked when an opponent used Soul Exchange against me. So maybe it's fixed.

Unless you're trying to activate it the turn you set it, that should not happen normally.
