Can Yami Bakura get skills that all other duelist can get like "balance" and "draw sense"?? All his set skills are bad and I want to know

They're available for ALL duelists, EVEN bakura.
His skills are actually kind of fun, of course it's not reliable neither is it consistent, but its fun seeing people panic when it works(with destiny board i mean)
Not to mention, not everyone actually runs gravekeeper ghoul, disappear or pot of benevolence since it's situational.
