Why can't I get cards that were played against me

Hello ive noticed a couple of things recently in the game.
1: I cant get kunai with chain, even doe it was played against me.
2: bakura had a man eater bug cant remember which level doe, and he's not available either. Does this just mean the cards aren't available for players yet or is something up

Some cards are future cards that "might" be included for future updates but as of now they're still unobtainable.

They're just unavailable for now. They might be available for future releases. The only cards that you can get are the ones in packs, card trader, drop rewards, or level rewards.
