What I think is you need to complete all the lifetime missions then you might see how to get Obelisk the Tormentor

What I think is that they would add that u have to get kiba to a certain level and then fight lvl 30 Ishizu and she will give u obelisk when u defeat her

My thought that they will release Obelisk through an event where you have to battle Kiba and once you get enough points you obtain Obelisk and later on special card sleeves and mats

Obelisk isn't illegal to use in competitive dueling. They will probably release him next late this year or early next year. They are just spreading out the release.
