5D's World releasing soon?

Did I miss something? On the news section in duel links I received a message :"campaign for the release of a new world" which says that everyone receives a ur and Sr ticket for playing at April 30th. Is the new world supposed to be 5D's themed?

I would love to play as Yusei, Luna or Akiza, or Sherry however I doubt it will come out anytime soon. Still need Zane to be playable first :D I just hope they never release XYZ and Pendulum
