When in deck editor, you select the arrow allowing u to sort filter and your going to see extra deck as a select option. Once you do this you can add cards meeting requirements and save.

you need to use the spell card polymerization, send meteor dragon and red eyes b dragon from your hand or field to the grave. You can get polymerization from leveling joey to level 5 or using the card trader.
