may anyone upload a video how to use it against lv40 legendaries or is it not capable for beating them. Can beat lv30 but not lv40. Do I need to get the cerberus deck?

It's more recommended to go with the cerberus imo, the baou can be kind of risky and difficult to do since it starts out with low attack.
I don't have a video of how to properly do it, but generally you just equip the sword on any monster and use arsenal summoner flip effect to call the baou monster, and using cards like maybe riryoku or metalmorph to destroy first monster or another baou spell on him.
