WHAT ARE THE DECK BUILDING RESTRICTIONS?

Hi duelists, I am trying to build a deck and I noticed that if I insert "yellow luster shield" I can't use this deck in battle! what is happening? Happens the same with "Secrets of the Gallent" trap card.

As far as I know, the only restrictions are you can only put 3 of each card and maximum number of cards you can put is 30, and only 5 cards in your extra deck.
