Deck error. I need help.

Why can't I use any of my decks, when I duel NPC's it says "can't use deck". I erased my decks, auto created my decks, and my decks have all had either 20 or 30 cards never more. Is anyone else having this problem?

Happened to me because for some reason a card I won from yugi was taken away from me and because I did not have the card, the deck did not work.

it's because of some cards that you can't use. If you see a grey one just get it out. There are some rules with characters and cards

Does it say anything else other than can't use the deck? You can try contacting their support about this since I've never experienced this problem before.
