How do I use Extra Deck cards?

I have the card Meteor B. Dragon but I dont know how to use him. His description is, "Meteor Dragon + Red Eyes B. Dragon"

If you wanna summon Meteor B. Dragon you'll need to use Polymerization to fuse Meteor Dragon and Red-Eyes B. Dragon.
You can't fuse with Polymerization when 1 of the fusion materials is in your graveyard and or in the deck.

it is a fusion monster. (purple right) you'll need the meteor dragon and the red eyes black dragon to fuse in order to play that card.
