Problem with Unlocking skills

The issue above, I've been using Ishizu and have her at level 19, and I went to equip the Graceful(Fairy) Smile skill for her to use and it doesn't appear to show that I have it. But it says I've unlocked it, anything I can do about this?

you mean you can't use it in duel? it works automatically whenever you draw a fairy monster in draw phase. if you mean it's a bug then contact their support.
