What's the best Duelist to level up in your opinion?

Odion, Keith and Mai have good level up cards so I would choose them. But to use in generic decks I would pick Keith for Switcheroo. Other than that I think any Duelists that have specific field spells for their respective decks would be my next choice. Thoughts?

first Mai since the card at lvl 25 can be used in every deck

Rex raptor is a good choice, buy you'll still need to level the other ones just for the gems... unless you are thinking on paying for cards....
