does the duel lv increases the chance for rare cards even id the card is awaylabe at all LD lvs
its just teh question above: i want to get card x from the LD and in this forum they say " duel reward on every lv ", so does it matter if i fight him lv10 or 40?

You can see the card rewards each character gives at each level in game. Select the character and the level, on the bottom there's a button that says " character name lvl:xx victory rewards" just tap there and see if the card you want is there.
