How does the Three Lord Pillars skill work for 14 card decks?
I see people talking about 14 card decks and I'm confused as to how it works.

It just means that, if you run 3 copies of The Spiritual Lord & The Sky Lord each.
Thanks to the skill, all these 6 cards will be put to the bottom of your deck.
Technically you are playing with only 14 cards which will be on top of this 6.
The downside is, you can't use any search effect as it would shuffle your deck and potentially cause you to draw those unusable Lords card. (unless if you are building a Light Ruler deck)
