Do not invest in any of them. Your video must be outdated.
Destiny Heros + Masked hero Anki used to be top tier many months ago. They are still competitive right now but are very weak comparing to other top tier decks at the moment.
If you are to pay real money, Both the Red-Eyes Structure deck and Neos Structure Deck are way better than Silent Swordsman. I Would recommend Neos Structure deck. Very versatile.

It's good, but it has a problem with the consistency.
You could get a brick hand often.
