i have the same thing no matter the character it only builds the same deck

If you want to build a certain deck, put at least one core card into the deck and make Auto-build complete it for you.
If you put no card into the deck, Auto-build will make a deck that is compatible with your character. In this case, you chose Kaiba, I guess.
