The card doesn’t work like it’s supposed to, only allowing me to ritual summon the level 4 ritual monsters and not the level 8 or 10 monsters

"You must also Tribute monsters FROM YOUR FIELD whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon."

Monsters in your hand can't be used. I guess that might be the problem.
