Keep facing same opponent

I juste faced those opponent in a row : rain- qualate - rain - qualate it oftenly happen that if i play for 30 minutes i face the same guy 3 time and it always disconnect and write that I lose im starting to get bored

Is this on Casual duels?

The auto disconnection is because of the high ping or high rank difference, unlike in ranked, in casual it pairs you up with higher or lower rank players accidentally and disconnects as a result.

Why? Because Konami can't be bothered fixing it.
