I myself won a few duels after being completely lost and suddenly won the duel by I don't know what.
I think it's just random game glitches.

contact Konami in its game app and request an inquiry to them that's the only way to solve it

It's cheat. Report only. Konami no longer responds to complaints I make with videos and print from hackers ... even because most are smurfs accounts. I just wanted one thing: "Was it caught using CHEAT? Forget it, it's BAN.
Currently, the player uses hack / mod, is caught, and is only suspended.

I don't know if it is technically a cheat. I've gotten a time limit win when my opponent still had time, and I was not cheating. Maybe it is a glitch with Konami's server. But I guess it could still be a cheat as well. As for contacting a GM (Konami) about it, you are probably wasting your time. They will just say something like, "We are doing everything we can to investigate cheating." Blah, blah, BS.
