I just had an opponent who summoned Gandora via Mausoleum of the Emperor, he used the effect of Gandora. And during the end phase Gandora didn't leave the field even thou it was normal summoned. Has this ever happen to anyone else?

Yes, he should be uses Access denied skill. I felt same as u when I try to beat him with Dino deck, he destroys all cards on my field then lose for 6-7 turns
