They should just allow trading based on rarity tier and player level, as that anon said. But also, if there are cards that are meant to be a limited prize, just lock it out from trading altogether. You can avoid most headaches from smurf accounts by dealing with it this way. Sure, there might be complaints for missing out on promo/event cards and such that did not come from booster packs, but its better this way.

Trading may be a possibility. I think trading an UR for an UR and SR with a SR can minimize cheating. Another thing they can do is allow trading only to occur when the account is at level 40 for example. This way you would have to work extremely hard to level another account just to trade. They may also limit the amount of trading per account. For example trading could be AN EVENT like PVP and so you would only be able to trade 1 card every week. It seems like a lot, but I honestly would not mind as long as I could trade a few extras for something I may find hard to obtain.
